Role Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, visual design, or interaction design
- Strong command of Figma, Adobe CC, or equivalent tools
- Experience designing for mobile-first apps (Android/iOS)
- A good eye for typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Solid understanding of usability principles and interaction patterns
- Ability to balance aesthetics with practical product requirements
- Experience with design systems and responsive design
- Bonus: Motion design, basic HTML/CSS understanding, illustration skills
App Development
Fullstack Developer

2-4 years
Role Requirements
- NodeJS / ExpressJS
- Postgres
- Writing secure REST APIs
- Knowledge of testing frameworks, writing automated unit / functional tests
